Is pull up leather or Nappa leather real leather? Yes, both of them are real leather.
Pull-up leather is aniline dyed in the drum to create deep, vibrant colors. It is finished with a combination of transparent waxes and oils, which gives the leather a very soft hand, or feel.
Nappa leather - full grain leather - undergoing a unique tanning process, is one of the softest and most supple leather on the market.
We carefully select the strongest and most durable leather to make our leather bags. Pull up leather and nappa has different characteristics, but both of them also have beautiful texture and becomes more beautiful over time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery. Your order will be delivered within 6-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

POPSEWING™ has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for Europe customers.
For other regions with the exception of Europe, POPSEWING™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
