The top zipper closure will keep all your essentials safe by your side, and the zipper also keeps your essentials easily accessible. The quilted leather design and gold chain with leather woven in are classic elements for a luxury bag that you will love so much.
Our bag is made from durable top grain genuine leather, featuring Burgundy fabric lining. The chain strap is adjustable so there are multiple ways to carry the bag. You can sling it on your shoulder, throw it over your shoulder, wrap the chain so you can tote it.

- Always keep your leather crafts in a soft and clean place.
- Always put leather crafts on last and avoid contact with harsh chemicals and abrasive materials such as perfumes or hair spray.
- Avoid contact with surfaces that may scratch or chip the leather.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders made before 4:00 pm (GMT+8) are processed within 24 hours, excluding Sunday, and public CN holidays.
If the product is out of stock, which takes an additional 2–4 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All packages are tracked once shipped, they can be tracked through the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

TRACKING
When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery. Your order will be delivered within 6-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
POPSEWING™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
POPSEWING™ has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for Europe customers.
For other regions with the exception of Europe, POPSEWING™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
CANCELATIONS
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any edits to your order. If you have made an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship.
DAMAGES
POPSEWING™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But we'll try our best to help you to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
