I am absolutely delighted! The bag looks exactly like an authentic Hermès Evelyn—it is genuine leather, smells like leather, the quality is stunning, and the stitching is excellent. Simple beautiful bag

A great starter diy kit. The stitches were simple. There’s 3 major parts to put together and it was quick. I would use more than the suggested length of thread bc I ran out and had to stitch in an extension thread to finish. The bag came out beautifully. Happily using it. The only other thing was they could’ve included a needle threader. Not everyone can thread a needle without.

English instructions were sufficient. I had done the Birkin bag previously and this one was much easier. Leather is excellent quality, sufficient supplies and the finished product quite beautiful.

I love putting it together and am very proud of myself. I had to re-do a couple of spots but that was ok. This is my first time doing anything like this. It is difficult but worth it. Product is very nice with easy instructions. I’d definitely recommend!

Simple beautiful bag

So EasyTo Make!

This is one of the easier bags to sew. Great for a beginner. I switched to a pink thread to match the purse color. (I personally prefer a matching thread color.) Popsewing usually pre-sews the straps in white and, in my opinion, that thread is different from the kind of thread in the spool they send with the purse. So I have replaced the white strap stitching on a few of my bags. I don't mind the extra work of removing and re-stitching the original white thread to get the look I want. Love this little bag.

Useful and fun

This kit was a really good idea. I am a pretty crafty person so it was an easy kit for me. I'm going to try some challengeable kits next time.

Pretty and perfect for beginners

Perfect for beginners. This is the first kit that I bought and I enjoyed it so much! They send you everything that you need. Instructions are easy to follow. I really like the finished look of this kit.

Lovely mini Evelyne

I enjoyed sewing this little cutie. Added a custom all-white rodeo-style horse charm (another Popsewing kit) to my finished mini Evelyne.
For my project, I swapped out the white thread for grey. The shoulder strap was pre-stitched by machine, so re-doing that wasn’t as easy as pulling the needles through the punched leather. Still worth the effort!
