TRACKING

When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. SHIPMENT PROCESSING

Your order will be delivered within 6-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

POPSEWING® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

POPSEWING® has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for Europe customers.

For other regions with the exception of Europe, POPSEWING® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS

Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

CANCELATIONS

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any edits to your order. If you have made an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship.

DAMAGES

POPSEWING® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But we'll try our best to help you to file a claim.

What a great bag! Pictured here is the cargo 25 in ebene & sesame. Really well crafted, light as a feather, and really great looking. The other day I had a man in a pharmacy stop me to ask about this bag, stating, “My wife would be really jealous if she saw your bag”. When I told him how affordable it was, he was shocked. Another great pocket Birk purchase from pop sewing

Another great purchase of the canvas pocket Birk style handbag. This was the last two of my order that I placed. They were on backorder so I had to wait a little bit, but the weight was so worth it. These two bags are the icing on the cake! They are so great looking and the leather is so soft. Everything is stitched very well and the colors are so nice. Perfect for fall and winter! What’s so versatile about these bags as you can virtually wear them at any time really! They are so lightweight and durable. You don’t have to be too easy with them as the canvas allows it to be so versatile at any time and you don’t have to worry about the weather either! I love them all I have every color. Hope they come out with some more!

The bag is stunning and so practical. FYI it is too small for a tablet it fits wallet, keys, headphones and a book very comfortably

Amazing alternative to the cargo

These canvas bags look amazing and they are amazing! They look just like the real cargo bag of that you know who brand. Stitching is so great and everything is well put together. Every single one is perfect! These are so lightweight and carefree. Well,maybe not the white one. 🤣 I’m sure with the white one I would have to be careful with the white canvas getting dirty, but other than that they are carefree easy to carry! They came so well packaged. On every metal detail there was some type of tape or covering to protect the bag during transit. Popsewing’s customer service is amazing! Every time I left an email or message I’ve got an answer back. It’s so nice to find a company that is honestly willing to help and have such great products! These were premade I had no need for sewing. I am not a person that sews so it was perfect for me. With discount code, I was able to get these for a great price! Items shipped very quickly as well. There is two more that I’m waiting on one of which was on a backorder, but it is on its way to me now. Can’t wait to get them! I will post another review once they do get here!
