Yes and no — it depends on the reward type. If you redeem your POP Points for a store credit voucher, it can be combined with other discount codes at checkout. However, if you redeem your points directly for a discount reward, it cannot be stacked with other discounts. We recommend using store credit vouchers for maximum flexibility!

No — any rewards redeemed using your POP Points are tied to your account only and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by another account.

You earn POP points every time you shop with POPSEWING. Every 100 POP points you earn is equivalent to $1 USD savings on your next purchase. You can also earn POP points in many different ways, from signing up for an account to writing a review or sharing on social media. We'll even give you points on your Birthday! From time to time we will also run promotions where you can earn extra points!

If you already have an account with our website, you are automatically enrolled.

POP Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After 12 months, unused points will expire. Gold Members may contact customer support to request reinstatement of expired points (subject to review).

Simply log into your account or click the "Rewards" icon on the lower left corner of your screen.

Normally you can use your points during our sales and events. But during some deeply discounted items or special promotions, we may prohibit the use of coupon codes and points (Black Friday and Preorders events for example).

Sorry, you can only redeem points OR use a coupon code, not both. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of our checkout functionality.

When you return a product to us and we give you a refund, we will also deduct the same amount of points earned during that initial transaction.
