What a fantastic challenge! This project certainly wasn’t easy, but it was incredibly rewarding. The finished bag exceeded every expectation I had. It fits everything I need and more without compromising its beautiful design.
I couldn’t be happier with my choices. The quality of both the leather and the hardware has far surpassed my expectations, and the craftsmanship truly shines. I receive compliments everywhere I go, and it’s so rewarding to carry something I created with my own hands.

The bag turned out so beautiful. However, I'm glad it wasn't the first I made, because the video tutorial is imo a bit too concise if you've never done something like this before.

I purchased 3 bags for popsewing. This is the one I made first as I thought it would be the easiest being the smallest and i had never done something like this before. I loved making it and the video was great. I slowed the speed and stopped it after they completed each section to catch up. I made one mistake and stitched the back card holder on back to front but it actually works out better for me as my phone is easier to put in and out. This is such a cute bag. Love that it can be worn cross body or take the strap off and you have the cutest clutch. Thank you so much popsewing for making such an amazing product.

Great quality of supplies. Only improvement needed is to include a needle threader. Thread a needle is the hardest part for me - be sure to have your own on hand. 😅👍

I needed a bigger wallet and one with more card slots. This one has way more than enough. The kit is well made and has everything I need. The finished wallet is bigger than I expected.

I have made this bag twice now and have modified it by eliminating one set of the credit cards sleeves. On the second bag, I put the additional credit card sleeves on the back of the first set. This allows me to fit my iPhone in this bag. It is my go to bag! I get lots of compliments on the bag and everyone is amazed that I made it myself. I use it every day as a Crossbody bag to hold everything I need. I can carry cash, credit cards, ID cards, coins, a pen and my phone. It is very durable and has held up to every day use very well. The reason for making more than one is because I wanted color options. I highly recommend this project, and once you understand the process, you can modify it for your own use as well.

This was my first popsewing project, and I became OBSESSED. I’ve since ordered six more kits 🤣 and am waiting for their arrival! This legit was so easy and cute and high quality. I’m hooked lol. I recommend getting a thread zapper, so you don’t have to use glue on the ends of the threads and cut them really short. The zapper melts it down and since the thread is waxed it gives it a really nice finish and prevents fraying!

Personally, i love it! It was simple enough to make and just right amount on challenge. I would buy it again!

I was so nervous to order this DIY kit but the quality turned out to be amazing and the directions were easy to follow. I’ve never stitched leather before and I am obsessed! I am ordering more because my mom and sister think mine is so good!

As usual this is a great bag kit ,superb quality of leather and hardware an easy’ish bag to construct and once finished looks elegant,quite chuffed about it.

All the tools provided to start. Leather well protected, and nice packed.
The final result in a few hours is amazing : small purse but big enough for many cards, a phone, a pen and a few medicine and a lipstick!
