This is the first popsewing bag I assembled and I've been hooked since. I bought several kits right away because I have a tendency to be ambitious in any new endeavor. This kit is a good first project. It was easy enough to sew and complete, and encouraged me to try other designs. I have since inspired coworkers to buy their own kits to assemble, and now have 6 new kits ready to be sewn. The thought of getting back to my sewing project after work makes me excited. I'm so happy to find this new hobby. My mom and nieces now all want me to make them this bag. It's even cuter in person.

Very beautiful model and nice experience to create it

Because of the time difference I couldn’t get the correct tutorial and used similar bag tutorial + made my own adjustments to the sewing process. I couldn’t stop and had to finish my bag so worked until the bag was ready, around 3 am 😅I like it a lot! Simple, laconic and spacious. I hope the hardware won’t fade or change its colour over time.
Had fun sewing it and definitely recommend as a great anti stress activity with a nice bag yours after it’s done 😆🥰

First, if you order a bag to be made vs one in-stock, be patient. Mine took a month. That was no problem for me, just beware. It’s an adorable bag and overall I’m very happy with it. I purchased an in-stock bag previously and was so impressed when it arrived in an orange inner box, impeccably wrapped, stuffed, stickered, etc. The Kylie custom order arrived wrapped in plastic. No orange box. No packing/protection. The only item on the entire bag that had any type of protection was the silicone covers on the feet. There was nothing inside the bag to hold its shape. There was nothing in place to keep the handle’s shape. There were no protective stickers on the hardware. Flap had no paper/protection. As a result, the bag’s handle was misshapen, causing the flap on one side to be out of alignment with the other side. I’m working on correcting the areas affected. My first purchase included all this detailed packaging/protection. I’m hoping the poor packaging was a quality oversight and won’t happen to anyone else. Love the bag, but the packaging got zero stars from me.

i I recently ordered this bag to make myself. it arrived quickly. As indicated, I received my order within 14 days. I am from Belgium so it is normal that it takes longer than 5 days. beautifully packaged and very fun to make. quality is great!

I really had fun making this bag. It was somewhat simple to sew. I added a piece of leather to the front and painted a little spin on mine.

I had no experience before making this, but it turned out really well! The material is a nice Saffiano leather similar to the type used by brands like Kate Spade. It was the perfect level of difficulty for a beginner like me - just challenging enough to be very interesting, but not too hard to actually complete. I do wish I had bought and used different thread that matched the bag, but that’s a matter of personal taste.

The bag is really cute and was very easy to put together. Somehow it looked a bit bigger in the photos than it is which was a bit disappointing but it has a good size for going to the club or an event where you just bring your essentials.

This is my second mini Kelly sewing project. These little bags are such a pleasure to make, and the leather is so nice! The finished bags holds its shape nicely, and the interior is surprisingly roomy for a mini bag. If I can bear to part with it, this bag will make a terrific holiday gift for someone lucky.

The leather is of excellent quality, shipping is fast, prices reasonable and customer service friendly and accomodating. So, I have made quite a few bags by now, and love that you can take some artistic liberties with the kits. This is my latest project. An old teddy coat was sacrificied for this project 😁

I love this little bag so much! The outside leather is stamped, similar to Epsom, and the interior is smooth leather. Unlike the name brand version, this mini kelly is sewn in retourne style, which makes for a surprisingly roomy interior with a somewhat billowy structure.

The leather panels are just a little bit stiff. So the bag should hold its structure nicely.

I added a nice silk Twilly I found on Amazon. I think it makes for a good evening bag, and is also suitable for everyday wear if I don’t need to carry large items.
