length under 35 cm / 13.8 in, excluding the tail.

A: Standard tracked shipping to North America usually takes 10-20 business days after dispatch. Expedited
shipping is available and usually takes 6-14 business days.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Q: How do I clean it?
A: The waterproof nylon exterior can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For the lining, spot cleaning or gentle
hand cleaning is recommended.
Q: What if my pet is between sizes?
A: Please measure your pet's body length and compare it with the interior size before ordering. If your pet is
over 18 lb or has a long body, this tote may feel snug.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders made before 4:00 pm (GMT+8) are processed within 24 hours, excluding Sunday, and public CN holidays.
If the product is out of stock, which takes an additional 2–4 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

TRACKING
When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery. Your order will be delivered within 6-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
POPSEWING® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
POPSEWING® has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for Europe customers.
For other regions with the exception of Europe, POPSEWING® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
CANCELATIONS
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any edits to your order. If you have made an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship.
DAMAGES
POPSEWING® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But we'll try our best to help you to file a claim.
