Love it, want to make more!

I recently made this lovely bag, and at first, I was concerned about the leather, but ultimately I read some research about Top Grain leather and understood the process of how they treat the leather used in this project. This kit is lovely to make, not too difficult for a beginner and the end result is fantastic. The bag style is elegant and casual at the same time. I love mine, it is going to be a classic piece for my wardrobe, and I want to order more to make now! Highly recommend it if you are crafty, love sewing and handbags and don’t mind a challenge! The fact I made my own bag is so satisfying and I’m so proud!

Overall, I like this purse. The leather quality is nice and I could even smell the leather while I was sewing it. The reason I don't give it a perfect score is the fact that it doesn't have a lining and I can see the contrasting Stitching inside the bag, and because of that it doesn't seem finished to me.

I originally ordered it in grey but was told it wasn't available so I went with the brown. The customer service was helpful and accomodating. It was also nice they gave me a free keychain! The brown is a nice color but maybe I will order the grey in the future. The leather looks of good quality. I am planning to make one for my sister as a gift.

Garden Party review

KeR’s Garden Party Bag

The video was easy to follow and the bag design was very close to the designer garden party bag. The leather pieces were nicely cut and because it came in pieces, I was able to modify it to my meet my needs, I attached four stubs feet to the bag so that when I put the bag on the floor, the bag base won’t pick up dirt from the ground. It will also be good if the bag comes with interior lining or dun embed the magnetic button first, I can make the lining myself then embed the magnetic button.

Excellent quality kit. I wanted to find me an easy diy project then I saw their advertise. Fun homemade project! Top tip: make your life easier and get yourself an awl and some pliers - just to re-define the holes and make pulling the thread through easier. 2 thumbs up!
