All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery. Your order will be delivered within 6-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

POPSEWING® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. POPSEWING® has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for Europe customers.

For other regions with the exception of Europe, POPSEWING® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

Beautiful soft quilted bag

I love the supple leather on this quilted bag. It is just big enough to hold my wallet, phone, and keys. I’ve only used this bag twice because it’s not big enough to hold my small cosmetic pouch, but it’s great for dressing up an outfit. Unfortunately, the second time I used this bag, the stitches that cinched the top corner of the bag came unraveled on one side. As of now, the bag is still usable, just a teeny bit lopsided in appearance. I’m tempted to remove the stitches on the other side to make it symmetrical, but worried that if I do it might stress the structure and cause the rest of the bag to start coming apart.
