TRACKING
When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery. Your order will be delivered within 6-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
POPSEWING® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
POPSEWING® has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for Europe customers.
For other regions with the exception of Europe, POPSEWING® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
CANCELATIONS
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any edits to your order. If you have made an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship.
DAMAGES
POPSEWING® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But we'll try our best to help you to file a claim.

The material and kit overall was very well put together. The overall product was loved by many. Only improvements I would say is shipping and tutorial. It still took 10 business days after paying quite a bit for expedited shipping. The tutorial was hard to follow as it only showed a section of the bag at a time. Would be nice to be able to see the full bag. In addition if it was broken into steps with timestamps on the video.
I found this kit to be a bit of a challenge as the instructions on the tutorial were a little vague. However I managed to finish the bag and am pleased with the result. I found the thread, which was thicker than I had with other kits, quite difficult to use and it did not have such a neat finish as with thinner thread I had before.

This is the second bag that I’ve made from Popsewing. I’ve made a card holder and AirPods case in addition to the Birkin-inspired bag. I found this kit to be quite challenging but not in a bad way. If it were too easy, it wouldn’t be as much fun in my opinion. Sewing in the piping as well as the inside divider pocket were the most difficult parts. You also have to look very carefully to make sure that you are sewing the right side of the leather—the texture is very slightly different so it would be very easy to confuse them and mess up your bag: if there were anything I could change, that would be it. Perhaps in future kits the grain pattern could be easier to distinguish?
I told my husband that this is my “Ow F*** Bag” because I said “Ow f****” many times during the construction! My cat had fun trying to make me mess up as well. The leather in this bag is fairly rigid, but I don’t think it is a problem. I’m sure it will soften as I break in the bag. The finished bag looks very nice and almost like a professional made it (there are some uneven stitches here and there as well as obvious glue spots in a couple of places). All in all, this is a good kit to get. I will continue to be a repeat customer because the kits are so fun to make and I love getting the compliments on my items. My friends and family can’t believe that I made them myself!
Love the design, really enjoyed the assembly process. The only potential problem was that the clasp on the front piece was attached to the wrong side of the leather, and I didn't notice until after I'd gotten to a certain point. I had to undo a few pieces, unscrew the clasp and swap it around to the correct side, then redo what I'd done. It was worth the effort though, because there is a very slight difference in texture and colour between the front and back, and it looked off having only one piece look different from the rest. That being said, swapping it over was really quite easy, and it's just a reminder for me to check everything thoroughly before starting!
